Custard flour, in simple terms, is an auxiliary flour in baking. Custard flour is often called with many different names such as egg powder, lion powder, or cake filling dough.
How to cook it:
Custard Powder is combined with 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar and several tablespoons of milk all mixed together to form a paste.
Add 400 ml of milk in a saucepan and bring to an almost boil. Add the paste mixture and continuously stir while the ingredients come to a light boil.
Reduce heat and let the custard cool.
When ready, the Custard can be served as a dessert or as a filling and sauce for a variety of sweet foods. It can be added to cakes, puddings, pastries, or filled with fruit and served as a fruit custard.
