Bacon & Scrambled Eggs with Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice Bread, toasted
  • 1/2 tbsp Avocado Mashed
  • 3 strips Bacon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Kentaste Coconut Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Spices of choice

Instructions

    1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the bacon to the pan and cook on each side for 1 - 2 minutes. Remove the bacon from the pan and place on a paper towel
    2. Add a table spoon of Kentaste Extra Virgin Coconut oil to the pan and add tomatoes. Sautee for 3 to 5 minutes until burst and softened. Sprinkle with salt. Set aside
    3. Heat the pan with a tablespoon of Kentaste Extra Virgin Coconut Oil over medium heat. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl with a pinch of salt. Pour the eggs into the pan, and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes, mixing constantly
    4. Mash the avocado and spread onto toasted bread. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and spices of your choice
    5. Arrange all the cooked food (bacon, eggs, tomatoes, and avocado toast) on a plate
    6. Enjoy!
